An annual return is an online form filed with ACRA, containing key details such as the company type, business activities, details of company officers, etc.
Who Must File Annual Returns?
All companies registered in Singapore, including inactive/ dormant and companies granted tax waivers by IRAS, must file an annual return with ACRA each year.
When to File Annual Returns?
Non-listed companies must file within 7 months after its FYE. Non-listed companies having a share capital and branch register outside Singapore have to file within 8 months after its FYE.
What Are The Late Filing Penalties?
It is important to file your Annual Returns on time as late filing can lead to penalties up to S$600 per financial year and enforcement action against your company and its officers.
